Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst fridge ever Don’t buy this fridge and waste your hard earned money. We got this fridge 6 months back and it has stopped cooling at all. Even freezer stops working all of a sudden. Haier has worst customer service it has been 4days I call them everyday nobody has still come to have a look and they say they are very busy and will likely be able to visit by 2nd Feb. I got 2 small kids at home and because of COVID things are already hard for me. I have thrown out so many things from fridge and freezer because they have gone bad. Literally in so much depression because I have no idea what to do in this situation. I made the worst decision buying this fridge.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Haier fridge Pretty good fridge! love the size, can fit sooo much in the fridge and freezer. Be good if i could use the 'my zone' area to put my veggies in though. Cant seem to get it to go to more than 0 degrees.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from STOPPED WORKING AFTER 8 MONTHS 8 months old and stopped working. Have to wait 2 weeks for a technician to come out and fix it. Bought a Haier tumble dryer and stopped working after 1 month. Worst brand ever. Stay away

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Completely Failed After 14 Months Bought this as a replacement for a fridge we had for 16 years. This one stopped cooling after 14 months. Frozen bits inside where they should not be. Technician couldn't fix it, even after replacing several parts. Luckily under warranty. Will never buy Haier again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy Bought the original fridge 2 years ago. This stopped working after 1 year (fridge not cooking) and was advised it was a faulty defrost fuse. Luckily enough they replaced the fridge under warranty but now after 8 months the exact same thing has occurred.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broken down twice in less than 12 months I haven’t even had this fridge for 12 months and it has broken down twice already, then they won’t replace any food without a receipt. I don’t keep receipts because a almost new fridge shouldn’t be breaking down!!! Not happy at all, will not buying another Haier appliance again. It also dints so easy! Don’t look at it too hard!! It’ll dint!!!
