Firstly I with the depth of the right hand fridge door shelves were the same as the left side, I can’t see any reason why it couldn’t be that way. And also a drink rack even as an optional extra would be good. Also the ice tray walls could be higher so the ice doesn’t fall over the edge when it’s full

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good fridge, terrible water dispenser Purchased this fridge a couple months back for our new kitchen, good size, however we purchased this fridge as it was plumbed in rather than a water tank we had to fill up, and the water flow is as you’d say pathetic, it would be quicker to bore a hole underground to fill up a water bottle than use the water dispenser. I feel as though if you’re asking well over $2000 for a fridge the water dispenser should work

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy fridge that is reliable. So far this has been a really good fridge and freezer. Hasn't had any issues with staying cold and its power efficiency is really good. Plenty of room in the fridge. Ice maker is reliable, hasn't had any issues with producing lots of ice. The carbon water filter is very handy as it takes away the terrible chlorine smell and taste from the water. All in all been very happy with it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t waste your money. I purchased this refrigerator from The Good Guys a week ago, & I regret so much that I did. The fridge looks great & has so many great features, I had high hopes & I was excited to receive it. But one week in the fridge has started making a constant high pitch noise, it runs as the motor runs & there is no stopping it. I contacted Haier customer support & I have been told I have to wait a month for it to be looked at by a technician. A brand new fridge which is creating a noise which can be heard throughout the whole house & a month to wait is apparently appropriate customer service. I wish I could go back & not purchase this fridge just purely for the customer service which has been provided so far. Do not have high hopes going forward from here. Don’t waste your money. Get a better brand who doesn’t have a month long waitlist for a technician. I think that’s pretty telling that this company has many issues with its products.

Have a bit of an issue with water bottles falling over when doors are opened so have to arrange carefully. Can only keep 2litre milk bottles in left door as shelf too small in right door. Otherwise keeps things cold, easy to keep clean.

Catering at Christmas was awesome with the amount of storage it held in all the sections.

Soft close doors are great, cooling is amazing no matter how full the fridge gets and the way the lighting within the fridge gradually gets brighter when you open the door is thoughtful and classy.

Logged the complaint and the technician said it was supposed to be like this. Very unhappy with the product and do not recommend it to anyone.

The fridge has alot of space and compartments that we tend to fill but doesnt stay full for long with our growing family. Its a great appliance overall.

Water filter is so easy to change right at the front, other styles are at the back and akward. Light on back panel lights the whole fridge up so you can see everything easily.
