Digital Display stops after warranty runs out
Bought this fridge on the 12/01/2021 and the digital display stopped working in December 2023. A few months before that the display would intermittently come on and off before not working completely. It’s annoying as I can’t set the temperature, choose the “My Zone” options, or use the fast cool or fast freeze features which makes it pretty useless. Apparently this is a common problem when googling the issue. Disappointed for a fridge that cost me $1432 at the time, won’t be buying a Haier again.

In love with this fridge
Best fridge I've ever bought, great quality for the price, everything is easily accessible in both fridge & freezer, , French Doors give an enormous space for large dishes, (great for Christmas coming up...a full size ham fits nicely) ,it's quiet, looks sleek, control on front door lets you set your own temperature,, and ice-cube trays freeze very quickly, plus water in door is simple to refill. fruit and veg stay fresher longer..... what more can I say...it's an excellent all rounder!

Smart looking fridge with lots of space & access.
Great access with double doors and wide shelves inside. The layout of the shelves and two drawers inside is good and swallow all our food easily plus several trays in the doors for drinks, sauces and condiments.
The cold water dispenser is a great addition and means we have cold water available for hot days.
The freezer is in a pull out drawer with three usable drawers keeping the frozen foods nicely organised and accessible, rather than digging from front to back on standard door freezers.
Good looking fridge too with a stainless inish that doesn't mark much compared to other stainless appliances we have, and subtle squared off lines means it looks sharp in a modern kitchen.
The touch control panel allows easy changing of temperature settings, and has a door ajar alarm to warn you of that. Fridge runs quietly too.

Haier Happiness!
We love our Haier fridge purchased December 2020.
Friends and family comment favourably everytime they see it too, which we enjoy. A nephew and niece purchased one after inspecting ours.
Our only suggestion is that removing the crisper drawers for cleaning is not easy because the door obstructs the removal of same. We found it necessary to remove the shelves from the door to facilitate removal of crispers. Other than that we are very pleased we purchased the fridge.

The best fridge I have ever had
I love this fridge. It has heaps of storage and the shelving can be rearranged to suit your needs. The seperate adjustable temperate controls mean both fridge and freezer can be customised as needed. It also features a quick chill option in the fridge and as I live in a hot climate it comes in really handy for drinks in the summer. The freezer initially had me a bit sceptical as to how much I would fit into the two drawers as they look quite small but surprisingly there is plenty of room in them. Our family use the water dispenser daily and I love that it is non-plumbed so the fridge can be placed anywhere. This fridge is also whisper quite, has a door alarm which is handy when you have kids that often forget to close it when they raised it and best of all the finish on it leaves no fingerprints do it always looks good.

Sorry never again
Although I love the set out of this fridge I have owned it for 11 months and twice in that time it has broken down - first time a fuse, second time same fuse and replacement onboard computer/board required. There has been excessive delays in repairs each time - the first time about five days, the second four. I would not purchase another same branded fridge and would not recommend it to others. As we are a one fridge family this has proved very inconvenient.

Love it!!!
Love the water dispenser. Love how much space there is in this fridge. Love the freezer drawers. Love the fresh storage drawer which keeps everything fresh and crisp unlike my old fridge. Getting so much more life and quality out of my fruit and vegies now. Absolutely love everything about this fridge. Excellent purchase.

Great Appliance
I have been using this fridge for a year and have been really please by its efficiency. I was using a 300L old Fridge and bought this model since it had all the featured I was looking for. Surprisingly my electricity bills have stayed the same and that says a lot about how efficient this fridge is.
It has plenty of space in all compartments to store your food for a family of 4 with ease. Has good amount of features and a digital display. Compartments are well spaced to store your food and theres plenty of having the programmable compartment to store drinks/meat etc is also a very good feature.
On the flip side the door assembly never closes properly and I have to go back and close the fridge door if I am not careful at times. Also the display panel with buttons has become a bit lose even after not using it that much which does annoy me a bit.

Well designed fridge/freezer
Love the look of the fridge, easy surface to keep clean, freezer drawers great as I can easily find items unlike my previous freezer. Spacious fridge section. The water container in the door is abit awkward to fill but still very functional. Downside is I think it is much noisier than our previous fridge. I find I don't really use the myzone tray, I would prefer that space to be used for normal fridge items. Great value for money.

So glad I discovered Haier
In searching for a new fridge, I wanted a stylish update, while ensuring it fits my cabinet and is also energy efficient. I was pleasantly surprised to also get an easy to use fridge with excellent usable space for both fridge and freezer. The appliance landscape has changed over the years and Haier has a bright future. Good size but didn't last
Purchased in 2019. Awkard to refill water dispenser. Covers for top door shelf dairy sections broke withing weeks, falling off and plastic cracked. Freezer sensor stopped working after 2 years, just out of warranty, needing to manually defrost to keep fridge going. Had to wait months for control panel and new sensor to come down from QLD and repairs did not fix the fridge. Very sad as firdge fitted kitchen very well.

The ulimate in refrigeration. Dont be fooled by the size of this little bad boy it takes a huge amount of storage.its compartments are smooth and holds alot of storage. The dark smooth cover hides all fingerprints. The crisper is exactly as it states my vegies seem to hold out to 3 weeks keeping them all fresh as if i bought them yesterday.
The best purchace i have ever made for our kitchen to date

I am truly converted.
After having a conventional fridge for so long, and changing to this new style for us, we are truly converted. Our kitchen is a bit tight, and the configuration of this fridge ideally suits our needs. It is quiet and cold. Beers are super cold if you keep them in the cold drawer, and fruit and veges last longer in their drawer. We highly recommend this fridge to anyone with a tight kitchen.

Love this fridge however, once delivered it was noted both doors had multiple dents and the crisper draw was not functioning correctly. Under warranty the doors were replaced with…., pyou guessed it…. Dented doors!,, which are actually worse than the original. The crisper draw was not even attended to. So far not impressed. How can a new fridge come out of the factory dented?…

French Door - Not Great Quality
Disappointed with this appliance. Had to replace original because the front doors had dents and the freezer kept icing. The replacement is exactly the same. I do like the french doors and the freezer is a good size. Must comment how excellent customer service was in replacing and with follow ups. However I do not recommend this fridge and would not repurchase.

So much room!
We had previously had a side by side door fridge and this new Haier was in theory the same size, but with the wing doors it opens up what seems twice as much space as we had before. Such a great design, you can get to every area so easily. The drawer freezer is also so roomy, especially with the two slide drawers with the bin storage. Couldnt be happier.

FANTASTIC FRIDGE
I bought this fridge simply because it fits the space i have. Now I'm delighted with it for so many other reasons - it suits my needs perfectly. The internal layout makes it very easy for seeing and accessing what is in there. The separate temperature controlled drawer is fabulous. I would certainly recommend it to anyone considering buying it.

Very happy with my purchase, even 1 year later
I love my French Door fridge / freezer. It's so spacious and looks great in the kitchen. It's very easy to program and I especially love the "My Zone" storage compartment, which can be programmed to suit your needs. The "fast freeze" option is also great for chilling champagne! The water dispenser is also fabulous, always having cold water on tap.

Poor manufacturing.
Worst purchase in my life. Fridge was delivered with dented doors (top 2 doors). After replacing the doors under warranty it was discovered these doors were also dented. Third attempt…. New doors also came dented. The vegetable crisper draw does not open/close correctly and gets stuck. Appalling! I certainly would not recommend this product.

Great French door fridge.
This is a great fridge that enabled you to easily reach all the way into the back of the unit making ALL the space usable and easy to reach. The draws make is super easy to get to fruits and veges you use regularly and the French doors are great if you know you want to get something from either the left or right-hand-side of the unit.

Great Fridge! Advice for minor improvements
Fridge looks great and can fit lots in, works really well and drinks draw keeps drinks ice cold. The water container could be bigger (feel like it has to be topped up too often). The top shelves in the door on both sides Have snapped their doors off as they are easy to forget to close then when you shut the fridge they get cracked.

Nice fridge, flawed design
Bought this fridge in 2022. Looks fine, fits our space well, cools and freezes as expected. Would be happy with it but for one significant issue.
Whilst we had couple of minor fails with a split door seal and door drawer lid breaking these were not huge problems. The main issue is the wiring for the control panel. The panel itself is a good feature, but the wiring runs through the top right hand door hinge and fails (ie the wires break) after time as you open and close the door. In our case these wires gave out 15 months after initial purchase and then again another 18 months later. Whilst the first repair was covered under warranty and the second under ‘goodwill’ out of warranty (after protest) it seems this fridge will require repair every 18 months or so at my expense if I want to be able to adjust or monitor the temperature. If I’d known this prior to buying I wouldn’t have bought it.
All in all a nice looking fridge with a remarkably poor design.

Great fridge and dimensions to fit smaller spaces
Great, functional fridge. Handy to have built in water dispenser. Would be even more amazing if fridge drawers/crispers were divided into two, so that you don’t need both fridge doors open to pull out drawers. Otherwise, great fridge and lots of space. Also fits into smaller fridge cavity space which is hard to find, so a big plus.

Lemon-will break after warranty expires
Brought this fridge May 2021. One month after the warranty ended the display kept turning on and off as the wiring that runs along the hinge split. Luckily I was able to repair this myself. 6 months later and now the fridge is stuck in DF and will not cool. This fridge does not last. Save your $1600.

Highly recommended - Great design, Easy access, Ke
Have had this refrigerator for 12 Months and very happy with it. The French Doors allows large platters to be stored easily, the slide out Freezer drawer makes for easy access to the frozen food. The meat and vegetables compartments keep food fresh longer than any Fridge I have owned before.

Buyer Beware - Leaks Water after 4 Months
The Haier French Door Fridge is a dud. I bought one and it leaked water underneath the appliance after 4 months. The manufacturer replaced it with an identical Haier fridge, and again it leaked water in exactly the same place, after 4 months. It is a design fault. Do not buy this fridge.

Excellent quality and design.
I love our new fridge - well newish it's now maybe 6 months old and I still love it! It is stylish and a quality product and thoughtful design. The only thing I would change/add is an ice twist tray in the freezer section as this is something I miss from our old fridge.
