Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor manufacturing. Worst purchase in my life. Fridge was delivered with dented doors (top 2 doors). After replacing the doors under warranty it was discovered these doors were also dented. Third attempt…. New doors also came dented. The vegetable crisper draw does not open/close correctly and gets stuck. Appalling! I certainly would not recommend this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not get cold; food wasted I bought this in May 2023. 2 Technician visits and it is being returned this month. It was never fit for purpose as it could not keep food cold enough. I have exactly the same issue as the reviewer named "Zool". I had seen a similar review prior to my purchase (though cannot find it). I think this issue is common enough, though perhaps the other reviews (most as part of a "promotion") have not noticed it. Set at the coldest possible (1 degree): - the top shelf is usually at 11 or 12, occasionally 10 at the back - the bottom shelf is generally 6 or 7 - there is only one spot I was able to get something down to 1 degree on occasion (bottom right at the very back, blocking the cold air vent); - the bottom door shelf (only spot to store milk cartons) never gets below 6 (usually 7 or 8), despite many milk bottles/cartons saying store below 4 degrees. As a result, we have wasted A LOT of food - probably several hundred dollars worth of wastage. The 4.5 star supposed energy rating means absolutely nothing (in respect of cost or the environment) when you waste so much food. Even salami goes off quickly, as does cheese (just threw another lot of each away 10 minutes ago). We cannot store anything perishable on the top shelf, and most things on the middle shelf go off quickly. Our old fridge (a 20 year old second hand Westinghouse) kept everything cold on a medium setting. This fridge was a massive downgrade because there is virtually no useable cold storage in the fridge, and we have been getting by with only a couple of spots (bottom at the back) to store perishables. Haier have agreed to refund. They have offered no compensation for all the wasted food, yet. My wife appreciated the cold water dispenser and the looks; but not worth the risk.

Best part is the freezer space that can convert to fridge when you need extra fridge like at Xmas time. Fridge temp is lovely and cool and the layout is great can fit loads in. Would highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not one to walk past Urgent purchased 4 days before Christmas. As our 2nd refrigator ceased operating. We were having extra food and drinks for Christmas and need the extra room for the Christmas period. After checking out other refrigerators in store we couldn't go past this one in value and ease of use. Freezer section easy to use, variations with compartments and room for growing family. Now almost two months since purchase and the Haier has not missed a beat. Very happy with the purchase and would reccommend Haier.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Digital Display stops after warranty runs out Bought this fridge on the 12/01/2021 and the digital display stopped working in December 2023. A few months before that the display would intermittently come on and off before not working completely. It’s annoying as I can’t set the temperature, choose the “My Zone” options, or use the fast cool or fast freeze features which makes it pretty useless. Apparently this is a common problem when googling the issue. Disappointed for a fridge that cost me $1432 at the time, won’t be buying a Haier again.

The option to give the freezer a blast chill is great. Fantstic fridge space, perfect for big platters. Easy to adjust the temperature. Very happy with our purchase

It has a very stylish design and many features inside are so user-friendly, let alone it is quiet, cold and take up less space than other brands of similar capacity. Definitely will consider and buy more Haier products in the near future.

The versatility of having both freezer and fridge capacity size the same has made it easier to store all my cold items to feed a family of five! The flexibility of having an additional fridge or freezer space was great for Christmas. Temperature control operation is simple. Power consumption is noticeably better than our previous Fridge (which was 23 years old).

Had my doubts about getting a french door fridge but when I saw the Haier french Door fridge at The Good guys I was instantly persuaded to get it. Has ample space and keeps things consistently cold throughout the whole fridge. Also love the matte finish it has on the front. Amazing value and quality that ive come to expect from Haier products.

The quod doors not only look stylish but they make it fit into my small kitchen easier rather than having to deal with one big door. The freezer is great the shelving system makes organising everything so much better than one big tray area. The cold water dispenser is a nice touch too.

The cold water dispenser made the kids visiting it more often. I am glad we made the choice. Price was so affordable compared some other brand. The only suggestion that would make it a flawless product is for the design of top left door closure force, the closing could be smoother with a gentle force. We need to give it an extra push after the close to ensure it is fully closed.

Best points are: * excellent lighting * easy to clean * easy to change settings * capability to switch zones at the touch of a button * crsiper keeps vegies fresh for longer * more spacious than expected. * easy to clean front * well priced * cash rebait was given after purchase. Improvements: * the water tank is a bit of a pain to fill, which I expected upon purchase but does get annoying. We either remove the top shelf in the door or use a funnel to pour watter in from a jug.
