I've had this fridge for only 3 years and it just completely died out of nowhere. Warranty is only 2 years too so couldn't get it replaced. There are so many brands of fridges out there that will last so please just don't buy this one!

Freezes all my meat and vegetables
I love the size of the fridge and the different draws, however the draw when set to Meat & Poultry fully freezes all my meat, which then freezes the vegetable draw and all the vegetables that are touching the bottom of the draw

Great fridge!
Bit worried about how long the plastic drawers will last - very easy to accidentally shut the fridge door on them. Might be fine, who knows? Otherwise a totally sensational, absolutely MASSIVE fridge!

Hailer 498Ltr bottom mount fridge freezer.
Perfect size fridge to fit in my prebuilt space. Most other fridges now are too tall or wide. It has a lot of room in the fridge with 2 crispers and plenty of shelves in the door. I love the 3 easy access draws in the freezer (my only regret is that the 2 top draws are a bit skinny to fit a lot bigger frozen tubs in. At least 1 draw at the top needs to be the size/height to be able to fit a tub of ice cream in so I’m not mixing all the foods in the bottom drawer.) other than that it stays lovely and cold has easy touch (and lockable) panel on the front to be able to see and change temps quickly if necessary. Very quiet also. Had this fridge for a few weeks so not sure of longevity but so far i recommend it. I would also like to note the lovely service from Betta Narrogin staff and their fast delivery out of town.

Well designed refrigerator
Great refrigerator. It has reversible door hinges which was a must-have feature for me, due to the position it occupies in my kitchen. Having the freezer bottom-mounted was also a must-have feature, it is far more user friendly for me that way. It does a great job of keeping everything at the right temperature and has a My Zone adjustable temperature drawer. This model has a lot of storage space, too. No more running out of freezer space.

So much room it’s perfect! I chose this one in particular because it has plenty of shelf space in the door, and my grandson can’t reach inside it, so that’s a win too. Love this fridge! Thank you Betta Electrical!

Great fridge.
Great fridge. Love the 3 freezer draws, 3 sizes for different products. Love how big it is on the inside. Plus the big bottom shelf on the door is fantastic.
The things i dont love - changing the doors to the opposite side is an absolute nightmare. It comes with all the parts to do it but you definitely need 2+ people to help & the instructions are useless for this model.
Also trying to change the temp with the digital screen isnt as easy as the directions state.
I would still highly recommend this fridge even though i have those 2 issues with it.

Do not buy
Bought the original fridge 2 years ago. This stopped working after 1 year (fridge not cooking) and was advised it was a faulty defrost fuse. Luckily enough they replaced the fridge under warranty but now after 8 months the exact same thing has occurred.

Broken down 3 times in 12 months
Terrible. Keeps breaking down. Won’t stay cold. I don’t recommend to anyone that wants a fridge that works. Takes forever to get parts as well. Have been broken more than working. Don’t buy this drive yogi will regret it.

Not cooling
I bought this fridge 3 months ago, and it’s already had a fault, took a week for them to get a tech out, resulting in hundreds of dollars worth of food loss. Just have to wait and see if the repair has worked and hopefully doesn’t do it again.
Bottom draw freezes anything you put in it as well, not impressed.

Awesome Fridge/ Freezer.
Ii love the storage space in this fridge/freezer. The configuration of shelves and drawers in the Fridge is awesome. I wish the freezer was a smidgen bigger but that is my only criticism and a very minor one.

Worst fridge ever
Don’t buy this fridge and waste your hard earned money. We got this fridge 6 months back and it has stopped cooling at all. Even freezer stops working all of a sudden. Haier has worst customer service it has been 4days I call them everyday nobody has still come to have a look and they say they are very busy and will likely be able to visit by 2nd Feb. I got 2 small kids at home and because of COVID things are already hard for me. I have thrown out so many things from fridge and freezer because they have gone bad. Literally in so much depression because I have no idea what to do in this situation. I made the worst decision buying this fridge.

I don’t recommend this fridge to any one. Fridge is very loud we just turned it on 3 hours ago and we can’t even watch our TV cuz of the loud sound of it.
