Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pros and cons - does the job... Nice to have a freezer that's a bit bigger than our old one, which broke down recently. I'm not sure that it fits as much as the old Fisher and Paykel model though! I miss having all drawers and a small top shelf. This model only has three drawers. I like the solid sides and bottoms of the new drawers, though, as things fell through or got stuck in the old one. The translucent fronts aren't all that helpful as they fog up and I can't really see through them! I will have to find some tubs I can use on the shelves to make the most of the space. An extra expense but worth it to have an efficient use of the space. This is important to me when the power goes out here. The drawers tend to keep the food frozen for longer and I worry that the stuff on the open shelves will not stay frozen for as long. I will have to be careful what I store there and I won't be able to just assume that those items will be okay in a power cut. I like the narrow shelves on the door. One of them had a large chip missing out of one end and we have ordered a replacement but it hasn't arrived (about two weeks later). I like the light in this freezer and the temperature gauge on the outside. Another plus is that it runs quietly, too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Freezer Great freezer, fabulous Customer service from the Leongatha Team and delivery guys, one catch for buyers that the manual do not explain “the freezer is pre set to -18C which is great but it’s also in Holiday mode” you have to take it of Holiday to Auto setting. Once worked out I love it

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Frost Free Freezer ices up :( I am a little confused as it’s supposed to be a frost free freezer but it gets small amounts of ice build up near the top of the chest and on the door? I was considering booking a warranty call to have someone look at it in case the seal is faulty ?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Haier Freezer 386L We bought this large freezer and the partner fridge about a year ago now. The freezer worked perfectly during a long power cut, the temperature gauges at the front of the appliances are very helpful, they are easy to clean and hold a lot. The fridge door squeaks at times but a bit of Vaseline removes this issue. Customer care were very helpful with this. Would definitely recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Freezer I normally don't write reviews for anything but this product has really impressed me. The draws are nice and deep, have 2 sturdy handles to grab and lift by. A lot of thought has gone into the layout and design of this freezer. The adjustable shelves is a bonus, and the door shelves maximizes the space and allows for the frequently used items to be readily accessible.
