Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst machine I have ever had I did an earlier review about 18 months ago on this machine, at that time it was working fine. Since that review the machine has deteriorated in all aspects. It’s continually out of balance which is a problem when the machine is near a glass door. However the worst thing is now all my dark clothes end up with white streaks all over them and have to be re washed by hand. The fact then that it’s almost impossible to just spin it is a long process to do the washing. The filters have to be cleaned after every wash which is pretty annoying otherwise clothes have bits of lint all over them. I would not recommend this washing machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New 9kg Haier top loader. Compact, quiet and efficient, it's great so far. I probably should have bought the 10kg one for larger items. Didn't help that I saw the same one on sale, cheaper, a week later at another store. Oh well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t waist your time or money Review for Haier 10kg Top Load Washing Machine I purchased the Haier 10kg Top Load Washing Machine five days ago, and today was the first day I had the chance to use it. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I loaded the machine with a full load at 7:30am. It went through the cycle until the last 17 minutes, then kept restarting the cycle. I spent hours trying to manually rebalance the load and ensuring the machine was level with a spirit level. Despite my efforts, the machine continued to malfunction. By 3pm, I had no choice but to call the shop and request a return, as the machine was not working as it should. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this washing machine based on my experience.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from White streaks on darks I have had this machine a while now and it constantly leaves white marks on all dark clothing even though I am washing a dark load. I have tried drum cleaning and still same results 😞

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Crap! 2 years after purchase it is leaking water out the back of the machine everywhere. Spend 800 odd dollars on a product and you expect it to last, out of warranty. Will not be buying this brand again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Clothes are dirtier than before We constantly clear the filters after each wash, but still have clothes coming out if the machine dirtier than when the went in. Constantly having to clean off our clothes and sheets before using them. Regretting buying this and looking for a new machine after 3 months.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst machine ever... Read ALL the reviews unlike myself. As has been said before, this machines answer to being the slightest bit unbalanced is to refill and restart. It will do this constantly until manually stopped. Therefore you have to be in attendance to do your washing or this machine will use more water and power than a car wash. May as well get a twin tub as it would take less effort to do the washing. I will be disposing of this machine as I couldn't sell it and look the buyer in the eyes. It will srill have to be replaced it is that much rubbish. Buyer beware.
