Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU WANT FILTHY WASHING! Same experience as Paula and Bluesmartyboy both reported. Expensive & worst machine we’ve ever owned. The detergent draw leaks onto dry clothes before the water has filled up & stains clothes, sheets, towels. The clothes and sheets etc often come out with big dirty marks on them. The top bowl cover (under the lid) is rather flimsy and makes crunching noises if you lean on it even slightly (have never ever experienced this with any other washer in the past 40+ years) Wish we didn't listen to the hype from the salesman and never purchased it! Only purchased this one because he assured us they're better than our previous 2x fisher and paykel machines which gave us a combined total of 25 years service with absolutely no issues and were both working when they were upgraded. * The 2x very fine filter screens are extremely difficult to clean properly and are always putrid after 1 or 2 loads, even when it is very clean items that are being washed 😒 * This is NOT due to a water issue as our friends live 600km away and have a different water supply purchased the identical machine and they identical issues. * We've put several different types of machine cleaners through it. * We've used the drum clean cycle * We've used different washing detergents, both liquid and powder. HAIER's comments on previous low star reviews have only resulted in them telling you to contact them about it and possibly have a service technician check the machine.... DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE..... IT IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wouldn’t buy Bought this washer 3 weeks ago disappointed with size of washer as it is supposedly 10kg capacity however it fits less clothes then our old 8.5kg washer with an agitator. I wouldn’t have purchased if I knew it would be a smaller size. Wash programs are ok but it splashes a lot of water and doesn’t spin clothes as well as previous washer

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Haier Machines truly are the best! I bought this washer a few days ago and it's exceeded my Haier expectations. It's amazing! This machine replaced another 10kg Haier top loader that I had for 13 years. It was a fabulous machine but it was time to put it to rest. Buying another Haier was the only choice, I'm so happy with this machine, I hope I get 13 years out of this one as well!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR CLOTHES RUINED We have had this washing machine for a while now and we are finding that we are having exactly the same problem that others have reported (See Paula's review).....All the families white and light coloured clothes are coming out stained and are completely ruined.... DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE.....IT IS TERRIBLE
