After the disappointment of having 2 F & P washing machines - each lasting just under 5 years, we picked the 10kg Haier washing machine based purely on online reviews. I wanted a machine that would work without having to rebalance loads and my husband wanted a machine with a filter to catch dog fur and lint. This machine gives us the best of both worlds. It has two lint filters which are easy to empty and automatic load balancing. The fact that there is no centre piece makes it so easy to get washing in and out without any tangling. It has a large range of washing options and a pull out drawer for adding washing detergent and fabric softener. The machine is large enough to take a king size duvet. We are extremely happy with this machine.

We are loving this front loader - definitely one of the nicest looking front loaders on the market at the moment which is what caught my eye at first, but then the price for what you get is outstanding. It washes so well, is so quiet and the dimensions for the load size are quite small so perfect for small laundries. We are so happy with the quality that we are Haier converts and are looking at all their products now, we would love to try their dishwasher next - that is how happy we are! We had a lot of issues with a very well known brand and their customer service was terrible so it is so nice to have a machine working so well and our clothes washed so well! Very happy :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to use washing machine it's very easy to use as it has raised buttons very good for blind people. Even though it has a dial which can be quite difficult to change the wash if you can have that preset then I recommend it as it is a great wash machine

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t recommend The most expensive & worst machine I’ve owned. Parts needed replaced less than six months old. The detergent draws leak on dry clothes before the water has filled up & stains clothes, sheets, towels & they come out dirtier. 😒 wish I never purchased it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very efficient machine I've had this machine for almost 6 months and am so happy with it. The controls make sense and are easy to navigate. I took a risk and washed a pure wool jumper using the wool cycle and it didn't shrink. The machine is quiet and efficient and washes everything clean - even old light stains. Previously owned a Fisher Paykel machine and this one is just as good.
