We love our new dishwasher.
We love our new dishwasher. It looks good and has plenty of room. It is easy to use and the dishes come out clean and dry. There are a number of cycles to choose, but we are happy to simply set auto with time delay and let the dishwasher run. We found that simply adjusting the top shelf allowed even big plates to fit in the bottom shelf. It accepts standard tablets and seems to use lvery little rinse aid per wash. Our only niggle has been in working out how to lock the handle on the cutlery basket. Overall we are happy with its overall performance.

Haier service is hopeless, poor spring in dispense
dishwasher works well, but after first and second use the dish tablet dispenser failed to open, probably something easy to fix, but I was unable to access any support through the Haier website or the business we bought this from. We live in the country and bringing it back for a four hour round trip wasn't desirable. I just chuck the tablets into the bottom of the dishwasher, and usually it does a good job. Not always the cleanest cutlery though. Bottom drawer constantly slips off its runners if you pull it slightly too much, which is annoying.

Happy Haier Frees my hands as it Freestands
I love my dishwasher, it washes and cleans really well. I like that it has a prewash and preset time on the very user friendly digital display. Small loads or heavy duty loads are all washed at the touch of a button.

Good dishwasher on a budget
Loved this dishwasher. I’ve been renovating my house and sadly had to replace the old dishwasher with little to no budget or even expecting to replace it. But luckily we spotted this one that was cheap and did its job very well. We’ve run it a couple times now and none of our dishware comes out dirty and they’re all dry upon emptying. Highly recommend this product for those who just want an appliance that does the job without breaking the bank

Works well. Hiccup at the start though.
Washes well. Had the plumber install it, but the washer refused to start. It had an error code. We called Haier (30 min wait) who said they can’t help and need a tech. My husband is an Electrician, so is the tech they would have called out (small rural town). So he pulled it apart and got it going perfectly. If I wasn’t lucky enough to have him, I would have had to pay for a tech to come for something I didn’t even do.

Not suitable for Large Dinner PLATES ,Oven Ware ,
i have just installed this dishwasher, It looks great has all great outside features, Not suitable for Good sized dinner plates, Pots or Lids the height of the bottom tray and spin bar has been designed terrible , the top crate does not hold your glasses or cups in place, Upon Purchasing i never took any of this into account , i assumed design was suitable for all families and diswasher use.

Love our freestanding dishwasher
We live in a rental but had a tap that may have been used for a fridge previously. We hooked up the freestanding dishwasher bought a longer hose and we are thrilled with having our own dishwasher. It is a simple inexpensive machine, not too noisy and does the job well. Couldn't be happier.

I don't like the way that it does not have a sensible way to load stemware. The holders are not well designed and they are in all the wrong places. Very dissappointed, I thought Fisher and Paykel were well designed but this one is not

Keep looking
We got this dishwasher and not really thinking it through. Replaced a 10yr old Bosch (wish we had that still) this thing is noisy and the draw design is horrible. The cutlery holders are pathetic. Cheap and not cheerful!!

Looks good and does the job
Only had this dishwasher installed on the weekend and it seems to do a good job and looks good too. It seems to be noisier than the old Fisher & Paykel one it replaced but cleans like its supposed to.

Buy a better brand
Purchased within 12 months & only gets used once a week if that. Now the door will not close ? My old 10 year old Westinghouse never had an issue, only upgraded for a more modern look. Big mistake !

Great bang for buck in rentals.
Great unit that does everything a simple dishwasher should do. Excellent value for rental properties and tenants can easily understand operating options. Would probably consider this in my own home.

Seems like a good dishwasher. Easy to install and goes thru the cycles and clean finish. But it's noisy compared to the many others we've owed over the past 40 years or so
